Welcome to my first Substack newsletter! I want to keep this a fun place for interior styling inspiration and finds, travel, fashion, and beyond. I made a collage of what I’ve been enjoying personally this month and some new picks with some finishes and details I’m loving. Plus, an eBay ceramics roundup!
Aesop Istros Aromatique Room Spray- I picked this up at my local Aesop store and love how fresh this scent is. It feels sophisticated but still natural and not overdone.
Sugi Leaf Incense- I visited Japan in April and found this at Poj Studios in Kyoto, and I’ve never seen a prettier incense! They have a few scents (I sniffed them all and can confirm they're all delightful, also loved the Hinoki!).
Sophie Lou Jacobsen Angel Flutes- Such a fan of Sophie Lou Jacobsen’s glassware, especially love these pretty flutes that evoke a trumpet flower. Designs inspired by nature are eternal!
Louis Poulsen Panthella 250 table lamp via Mytheresa (they have an impressive and curated home section)- I’ve always loved the cool look of chrome and steel finishes and thought this table lamp would be amazing juxtaposed with some softer textures like wood or linen.
Serax La Mère vase by Marie Michielssen- Love the dark but glossy, irregular surface with its classical lines. Paired with some softer florals or some wild branches would be gorgeous. I linked a few eBay finds below that I felt filled this rich textured vase vibe but each are unique vintage ceramics—nothing better than that (all $50 or less!).
